2008 Cessna 172S G1000 Added To Fleet!

Cessna 172 G1000 N61942Lanier Flight Center is proud to announce that a G1000 equipped 2008 Cessna 172S, N61942, has been added to the rental fleet. LFC now has a total of five Skyhawks, three of which have the Garmin G1000 cockpit. No more fighting over who gets to fly the G1000 aircraft now that there are three available!

N61942 is a 2008 Cessna 172S with only 125 hours, practically straight out of the factory! Before being added to the fleet, this aircraft served as a sales demonstration aircraft.

The G1000 package in N61942 is also WAAS capable allowing IFR pilots to fly precision GPS approaches. Combine that with the GFC700 integrated autopilot, and you have the perfect IFR bird!

Let’s make our new fleet aircraft N61942 feel welcome by getting out there and flying it! Schedule your next flight or contact Lanier Flight Center to get started with your G1000 checkout today!
