Pilot Accomplishments

At Lanier Flight Center we recognize that our pilots are the heart of the business. It is with great pride that we join in celebrating their accomplishments and we wish a hearty congratulations to each of our pilots who have completed milestones in their training.

Matthew Perrer - Certificated Flight Instructor

Matthew Perrer passed the CFI practical exam and has joined the instructor staff at Lanier Flight Center! Matt began training with us about a year ago in pursuit of his Commercial Certificate. He quickly progressed through the Commercial training and into CFI studies and went on to take his checkride with Steve Shaner, an Atlanta DPE with a reputation for thoroughness.

Matt worked with Bob Williams and Bill Shuford to train for his Instructor Certificate and was ultimately endorsed for the practical test by Bill Shuford.
