Pilot Accomplishments

At Lanier Flight Center we recognize that our pilots are the heart of the business. It is with great pride that we join in celebrating their accomplishments and we wish a hearty congratulations to each of our pilots who have completed milestones in their training.

Ross Statham - First Solo!

Ross Statham did, with great temerity, fly solo as Pilot in Command of a Cessna 172 at Gilmer Memorial Airport on June 27, 2007 for his first solo flight! Ross is having a great time making progress toward his private pilot certificate and we are enjoying working with him toward that goal.

Ross has been here working toward his private pilot certificate since May 2007. He is a student of Matt Perrer.
