Robert Atkinson – First Solo

Robert Atkinson grabbed the skies as pilot in command to successfully complete his first solo on August 11, 2010 in a Cessna Skyhawk 172S, N2132W.

This was an outstanding accomplishment and produced a really proud moment for professional Certified Flight Instructor, Kelly Chandler as well.  Congratulations Robert from all of us at Lanier Flight Center.  As Kelly said, you “DA MAN!!!” (sic)
