Lanier Flight Express is proud to announce the addition of its second Cessna Citation XLS to the company’s growing charter fleet. The newly delivered aircraft, N568LX, joins as the sister ship to Lanier Flight Express’ current 2007 Citation XLS, expanding the company’s ability to provide reliable, high-performance private jet charter service across the United States.
On March 27, 2026, President Troy Wheeler and Vice President Grayson Verhoven traveled to the Textron Aviation Service Center to take delivery of the aircraft following an extensive refurbishment project completed in partnership with Textron Aviation.
A Complete Modernization
Before entering service with Lanier Flight Express, the aircraft underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and modernization at the Citation service center in Wichita. The project focused on enhancing both flight deck capability and passenger experience, resulting in a fully updated aircraft ready for charter operations.
Key upgrades include:
- Garmin G5000 Avionics Upgrade – The aircraft received a full installation of the advanced Garmin G5000, providing improved situational awareness, modern flight management capabilities, and enhanced operational efficiency for the flight crew.
- Upgraded XLS+ Interior – The cabin was redesigned with a modern XLS+ inspired interior, featuring light greys and contemporary tones that create a bright, refined, and comfortable passenger environment.
- Brand-New Exterior Paint – A fresh paint scheme matching the Lanier Flight Express fleet livery, proudly carrying the N568LX tail number and continuing the company’s recognizable “LX” fleet designation.
- High-Speed In-Flight Connectivity – One of the most significant upgrades to the aircraft is the addition of Starlink Wi-Fi. Powered by the satellite network from SpaceX, the system delivers what is widely considered the fastest in-flight connectivity currently available in business aviation. During test flights prior to delivery, the pilot evaluating the aircraft commented that the internet speed on board was actually faster than the Wi-Fi in his own home, highlighting the remarkable capability of the system.

The addition of N568LX represents another milestone in the continued growth of Lanier Flight Express and its commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality private aviation services.
